Craft Worker Insulation Operator Trainee (Start ASAP)

Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:  

• Implement the group work plan and adhere to team production schedules.  
• Ensure product quality and maintain labor safety standards.  
• Use and wear appropriate labor protection supplies correctly.  
• Follow Manufacturing Execution System (MES) procedures for operations and data entry. 
• Collaborate with team leaders and members to maintain 5S standards.  
• Comply with company regulations on process, quality, safety, and environmental protection.  
• Offer suggestions for improving production processes and equipment.

About You

Ideal candidates will have:  

• Technical school education or equivalent, with mechanical drawing knowledge. 
• Ability to quickly adapt to insulation parts processing under guidance.  
• Strong communication skills and team awareness.  
• Flexibility for shift and holiday work.  
• Positive attitude and compliance with work arrangements.  
• Good health without contraindications like hearing impairment or lung disease.
