Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Perform semiconductor calculations and simulations to assess voltage stresses and losses.
- Conduct high-power testing in laboratories to verify calculations.
- Conceptualize, simulate, develop, and test power electronics circuits for high-power transmission.
- Design and specify components, collaborate with suppliers, and test prototypes.
- Oversee the design of electrical subsystems from concept to final verification.
- Modify and upgrade power electronics control board hardware and software.
- Support mechanical development with system input and stress evaluations.
- Provide technical support for tendering and delivery projects.
- Address technical challenges with innovative solutions.
- Work agilely in teams, taking ownership of technology and personal development.

About You
Ideal candidates will have:
- A Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or equivalent.
- Preferable work experience in similar industries.
- Experience with laboratory equipment and converter prototyping/testing is a plus.
- Familiarity with software like LTspice, MATLAB, or PSCAD.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
