Service Engineer Intern (Start ASAP)

Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Complete on-site installation and commissioning of GIS products and provide on-site training for customers independently.
• Implement safety rules, practices, and environmental responsibilities, reporting any unsafe practices and behavior.
• Compile and organize the project implementation plan and site work according to the plan.
• Provide a project site plan and reach agreements with customers.
• Share product knowledge and experience with colleagues to improve the project's one-time pass rate.
• Develop and implement equipment maintenance plans based on customer needs.
• Proactively suggest product and quality improvements, understand project technical contract service contents, and identify service risks and opportunities.
• Strictly abide by company rules and regulations, implementing company-arranged work unconditionally.
• Demonstrate practical ability, a careful work attitude, a willingness to study technology, and possess good teamwork and communication skills.
• Uphold Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for actions, and caring for colleagues and the business.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Office software, including Excel and Word.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
