Your role

Your responsibilities:

  • You will study & master the skill of all processes of Final assembly, enabling you to work alone and work as a leader.
  • The process will cover and not be limited to pre-assembly, into VP, tightening active parts, tanking, and access assembly, product positive pressure immersion, product testing, component disassembly, component packaging, product shipping, and other work.
  • You will operate according to the requirements of design drawings, process documents, and operation instructions, keep records during the production process, and keep the 5S in good condition during the production process.
  • You will report the abnormal situation of safety, quality, and schedule in time during the production process.
  • You will implement safety operation procedures, and environmental and occupational health management regulations, manage the equipment, fixtures, and tools in the section and use them correctly, and do necessary maintenance.
  • You will comply with the company’s work schedule and relation regulations.

Your background:

  • Technical school degree or above, with simple mechanical drawing reading ability.
  • Need to work at height, no relevant occupational taboo.
  • Adapt to morning, middle, and night shifts as well as abrupt shift changes.
  • Healthy, hard-working, studious.
  • Serious and rigorous work, a strong sense of work quality, a strong sense of responsibility, and initiative.
