Your role

Your responsibilities:

• You will support Talent Partner for the Long list and interview arrangement.
• Your role will include the HR Operations team to support blue-collar recruitment.
• You will support Campus Recruitment and Global Trainee Program implementation (CV longlist selection, onboarding communication, etc.).
• You will support employee file archiving.
• You will support intern onboarding and separation daily work.
• You will support special leave quota generation in the time system.

Training & development

Aside from tasks and projects assigned by your manager, both Interns and graduates will be provided with personal and professional development opportunities during the program. You will be able to build up your technical and interpersonal skills via training and workshops to help build the foundation that will help kickstart your career. Additionally, you will have exposure to the leadership team to help make a name for yourself at the organization and build a network with fellow interns and graduates that will lead to a long-lasting community that you can take with you throughout your career.

About you

Your background:

• A bachelor’s degree and above.
• Hands-on experience in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good computer skills in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, or PowerPoint.
• You will be working at least 4 days or above per week.
• Good teamwork and service awareness.
• Patience and kindness at work. Take action quickly.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills working under pressure.
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English or Japanese language is required.
