Your Role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Support the ITO PMO team in managing and executing projects.
- Collect and analyze financial data, including cost estimates and budget tracking.
- Prepare financial reports, such as profit and loss statements.
- Assist in identifying cost savings and optimizing project budgets.
- Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders for PO process management.
- Monitor and resolve PO discrepancies.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Track project progress and report on milestones.
- Maintain project documentation and prepare progress reports.
- Support project meetings and prepare related materials.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and budget tracking.
- Knowledge of PO process management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
