- Proficiency in business Japanese with no accent.
- Excellent customer communication skills and service awareness, with the ability to handle pressure.
- Strong logical expression skills, a keen ability to learn, independence, and a high sense of responsibility.
- An interest in IT software and hardware technology.
- Proficiency in using office software such as Outlook and Excel.
- Availability to work in shifts.
