Analyst Intern (Start ASAP)

Join HSBC as an Analyst Intern to perform user acceptance testing and manage project documentation in a global financial services environment.

Your Role 

Key responsibilities are as follows:  

• Perform User Acceptance Testing in the Insurance System.  
• Create test plans and scenarios based on project requirements.  
• Manage project documentation, including UAT procedures and training manuals.  
• Provide excellent service to customers and stakeholders.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:  

• A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.  
• Awareness of testing processes and experience in testing.  
• Ability to understand user requirements and workflows.  
• Proficiency in understanding IT Functional Specifications and External Design Documents.  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining complex issues. 
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for a lower Global Career Band.
