Your role
In this position, you will:
Responsible for tracking the business status of HSBC Retail Banking and HSBC Brokerage, and evaluating the effectiveness of online and offline activities
Report development and automation
Label building and customer analysis
Scraping and external data collection
Digital platform operation analysis
About you
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
Bachelor or postgraduate or new graduates in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, and other related majors
Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, able to read or write foreign technical documents (CET-6 is preferred)
Familiar with data analysis-related tools or languages, such as Python, R or SAS, SQL
Familiar with data modeling and analysis methods, such as customer recommendations, social networks, natural language processing, speech or image recognition, etc.
Familiar with data visualization technology and related tools, such as Qlik, QuickBI, etc. is preferred
Familiar with cloud platforms (such as Alibaba Cloud, AWS, etc.), and experience in analytical modeling in cloud environments is preferred
Familiarity with and practical experience in machine learning theory
Those with open source work on GitHub are preferred (if yes, please indicate in your resume)
Solid professional knowledge, strong learning ability for new things, new technologies, and like challenges
Strong execution, excellent teamwork spirit, and professionalism
Excellent communication and presentation skills
