What you'll learn

During your time on the programme, you’ll:

  • Work with the latest Code Frameworks, Languages, and AI capabilities and get hands-on training to learn modern DevOps practices
  • Learn how to monitor performance metrics for various production systems, identify root causes for technical issues, and recommend solutions
  • Discover the importance of collaboration and how best to leverage other people’s skills while working as part of a broader team
  • Continually enhance core skills such as programming, debugging, and code readability
  • Develop specialist skills in areas such as front-end, development, security, testing, and operational support
  • Have plenty of other opportunities to develop your skills, and people to support you along the way, ensuring that you’re well prepared for the future

Requirements:    

  • Available to work full time for 2 years commencing July 2025
  • Obtained, or expected to achieve, a 3.0/4.0 cumulative GPA or equivalent 2.1 degree from a recognized University (as appears on your official University Transcript or Degree Certificate)
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Legally permitted to work in mainland China
