Financial Services Clerk MSS - NHC Intern (Start ASAP)

Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:  

• Fund NAV calculation on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.  
• Calculation and payment of management, advisory, asset servicing, performance, and custody fees.  
• Account reconciliation, processing missing items in accounting systems and bank statements.  
• Documentation of communications and client instructions for audit purposes.  
• Accounting entries and payments of fund-related expenses.  
• Providing customized reporting services.

About You

Ideal candidates will have:  

• A bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or related fields, with preference for those with finance or accounting experience.  
• Proficiency in English, with a College English Test Band 6 or equivalent (IELTS, TOEFL, etc.).  
• ACCA, CPA, CFA, or related certifications are advantageous.  
• Familiarity with fund operational services, financial instruments, or investment-related products.  
• Proficiency in Microsoft and other office software.  
• Willingness to work shifts (6:00-23:00, 8-hour shifts, weekends off).
