Mainly responsible for various administrative management-related work, including various data and information processing, guest reception, etc.
Responsible for the organization and writing of company documents: including but not limited to promotional materials, meeting minutes, work summaries, and other texts
Responsible for the planning and hosting of various company-wide activities, organization, and coordination of meetings and activities, including venue layout and photography arrangements, including but not limited to employee team building, cultural training, annual company celebrations, etc.
Responsible for completing the back-end data or document processing work of the operations department
About you
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, with good written and oral communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software
Possess good organizational and coordination skills and be able to handle multiple tasks effectively
Have good confidentiality and security awareness, and be able to comply with the company's confidentiality agreement and security regulations
Have good communication and interpersonal skills, decision-making and problem-solving abilities, and be able to respond quickly to emergency situations
