Your role

In this position you will be:

  • Mainly responsible for various administrative management-related work, including various data and information processing, guest reception, etc.
  • Responsible for the organization and writing of company documents: including but not limited to promotional materials, meeting minutes, work summaries, and other texts
  • Responsible for the planning and hosting of various company-wide activities, organization, and coordination of meetings and activities, including venue layout and photography arrangements, including but not limited to employee team building, cultural training, annual company celebrations, etc.
  • Responsible for completing the back-end data or document processing work of the operations department

About you

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with good written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software
  • Possess good organizational and coordination skills and be able to handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Have good confidentiality and security awareness, and be able to comply with the company's confidentiality agreement and security regulations
  • Have good communication and interpersonal skills, decision-making and problem-solving abilities, and be able to respond quickly to emergency situations
