Your Role 

Key responsibilities as follows:  

• Provide high-quality Hong Kong MPF/Provident Fund administrative services to maximize client satisfaction.  
• Acquire and apply updated program, workflow, and product knowledge independently.  
• Process client requests, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.  
• Identify and report irregular transactions, recommending follow-ups as needed. 
• Build positive relationships with peers and promote teamwork.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:  

• A college degree or higher.  
• Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.  
• Good English reading and writing skills.  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure accuracy.
