Over two years, you’ll get to:
- Explore Digital Business Services (DBS) – the foundation of our organization, providing the operations, technology, and business services we need to succeed
- Complete four rotations – in Global Operations, our Deputy Chief Operating Office, our Chief Control Office and Global Procurement
- Take part in different activities; from managing transformation projects to implementing mergers and acquisitions, and advising on risk and governance to leading teams in one of our Global Service Centres
Depending on your role, you could be:
- Delivering digital solutions as part of existing and emerging projects across our various business lines
- Driving change initiatives that simplify and standardize our processes to make life easier for our colleagues and customers
- Analyzing and interpreting data and management information, including financials, operational performance, and risks and issues monitoring
- Supporting our innovation agenda by identifying and solving problems, researching market practices, and driving an innovative culture

What you'll learn
We’ll help you develop the technical skills most relevant to your role. We’ll also provide plenty of opportunities to advance your non-technical skills, like communication and collaboration, that will help you move your career forward successfully.
During your time on the programme, you’ll:
- Have a dedicated Programme Manager to support you and guide your journey through the different rotations
- Embrace agile ways of working and develop strong influencing and relationship-building skills
- Gain first-hand experience in strategy and planning, business, people, and project management
- Develop an in-depth understanding of how our organisation operates, and all the skills you need to be a Senior Operations Manager at the end of the programme
Virtual work experience
Try our virtual work experience in Digital Business Services. You’ll get a feel for the type of work this business area undertakes, the activities you could be involved in, and the skills you would develop on the programme.

Requirements:
- Available to work full time for 2 years commencing July 2025
- Obtained, or expected to achieve, a 3.0/4.0 cumulative GPA or equivalent 2.1 degree from a recognized University (as appears on your official University Transcript or Degree Certificate)
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Legally permitted to work in mainland China
