Data Analyst Intern (Start ASAP)

Who You Are

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in economics, statistics, math, engineering, natural sciences, or related majors is preferred. Part-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week. The internship should last for more than 3 months
• Good command of SQL for data processing and analysis
• Good command of programming languages (e.g. Python, Java), including concepts from functional and object-oriented programming paradigms
• Good knowledge of data mining techniques, including regression, tree model, neural network, NLP
• Nice to know Operation research theory, including linear programming models, and non - and linear programming. Be familiar with the OR use cases, including resource allocation, transportation problems, assignment model
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate, network, and build strong relations with team members and stakeholders
• Fluent spoken and written English, CET6 is required. Need to adapt to the English working environment;

Your Responsibilities

• Provide business insights by conducting descriptive analysis, modern data mining techniques and visualization tools to help business stakeholders make better decisions
• Build machine learning algorithms to support the forecasting, prediction, segmentation, and recommendation for the IKEA business.
• Build operation research algorithms to support IKEA logistic operations
