Your role
Your responsibilities:
Analyze customer data using large model algorithms and mainstream algorithmic models to gain insights into customer needs and preferences.
Develop predictive models to optimize inventory management and product recommendations, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure data analysis outcomes are effectively translated into business strategies.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models, adjusting and optimizing continuously to adapt to market changes.
Participate in the development and implementation of data governance strategies to ensure data quality and security.

About you
Job requirements:
Proficiency in large model algorithms such as Transformer, and BERT, with practical application experience.
Familiar with machine learning and deep learning technologies, with strong programming and model development skills.
Excellent cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills, able to translate technical insights into business value.
Passionate about enhancing customer experience and driving business growth.
Fluent in English
At least 3 days working in the office per week, and at least 6 months as the internship duration
