Your role

Your responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer data using large model algorithms and mainstream algorithmic models to gain insights into customer needs and preferences.
  • Develop predictive models to optimize inventory management and product recommendations, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure data analysis outcomes are effectively translated into business strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models, adjusting and optimizing continuously to adapt to market changes.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of data governance strategies to ensure data quality and security.

About you

Job requirements:

  • Proficiency in large model algorithms such as Transformer, and BERT, with practical application experience.
  • Familiar with machine learning and deep learning technologies, with strong programming and model development skills.
  • Excellent cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills, able to translate technical insights into business value.
  • Passionate about enhancing customer experience and driving business growth.
  • Fluent in English
  • At least 3 days working in the office per week, and at least 6 months as the internship duration
