Your role
Job content:
Assist in the organization and arrangement of training-related work
Assist in work-hour management related work
Assist in the issuance and communication of relevant policies and notices
Soft article writing, poster production, video shooting, and copywriting work such as editing and translation
Participate in the planning, execution, and post-summary of company-level employee activities
Administrative management, including conference management, office supplies management, visitor reception, work uniform management, etc.
Assist in supplier management and resources Docking (shuttle bus, restaurant, cleaning)

About you
Job requirements:
Sophomore/junior year or first-year graduate student, priority is given to majors in design, English, human resources, proficiency in English reading and writing
Guaranteed attendance at least 3 days a week, weekdays, and summer vacations Normal attendance
Applicants who are proficient in Office software, PS, MeituXiuXiu, and other image processing software and video editing software are preferred
Have a certain understanding of IKEA products and concepts, and identify with IKEA culture and values
Cheerful personality, honesty and integrity, and work logic Strong personality, full of responsibility, and able to adapt to fast-paced work
