Your role

Your Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate workshops including user interviews, requirement grooming, and user acceptance testing to identify user behavior patterns and underlying problems, also help to ensure smooth product delivery
  • Assist in tracking and resolving production issues
  • Gather insights on product adoption/improvements
  • Conduct simple user acceptance tests (UATs)

About you

To apply for this role, you need to have the following eligibility:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field is preferred
  • Bilingual in both English and Mandarin
  • Need to adapt to the English working environment
  • Good communication, analytical, logical thinking, problem-solving, and writing skills
  • Good time management and coordination skills to get things done on schedule
  • Adaptable, open-minded
