Product Team Intern (Start ASAP)

Your Role  

Key responsibilities are as follows:  

• Facilitate workshops, including user interviews and requirement grooming, to identify user behavior patterns and ensure smooth product delivery.  
• Assist in tracking and resolving production issues.  
• Gather insights on product adoption and improvements.  
• Conduct simple user acceptance tests (UATs).  

About You

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:  

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.  
• Able to commit to at least three working days a week for a minimum of four months.  
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin, able to adapt to an English working environment.  
• Strong communication, analytical, logical thinking, problem-solving, and writing skills.  
• Excellent time management and coordination skills, adaptable and open-minded.
