Your job responsibilities for this role include the following:
Handle daily trouble shooting in the warehouse system. Contact with IT Helpdesk to fix local issues or incidents.
Support warehouse to reach operational efficiency goals by optimizing the working process and developing system tools .
Write demanding SQL queries for data processing from database to an appropriate format to meet business needs.
Manage the Warehouse Management Systems (ASTRO), Order Management Systems (GTS), IKEA Transport Management (ITM), and Automated High Bay System (SILO).
Support local business plans and projects in efficiency & process optimization.
Be able to work in a team and cooperate closely with co-workers from different functions.
About You
To apply for this role, you need to have the following eligibility criteria:
Bachelor/ master's degree in Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science and Technology, Information Management and Information System or related field.
Experience in SQL, Python, Excel VBA, Power BI, etc.
Experience in contests of Mathematical Modelling, Coding or Robot, etc. would be preferred.
Good understanding of warehouse operations would be preferred.
