Your Role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Scanning transactional documents and tickets to the Hub.
- Assist with input into the local credit reporting system and preparing AML and internal payment declaration reports.
- Preparing courier tickets.
- Filing daily transactions.
- Preparing GBS tickets for account opening and customer onboarding data setup and amendments.
- Providing basic support to the department.
- Performing any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
About You
Ideal candidates are:
- Bachelor (3rd/4th year) or Master (1st/2nd year) students with basic financial knowledge.
- Possessing good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Maintaining a minimum GPA of 3 or equivalent.
