Your role

Inside the Business Group:

• Enable amazing computing experiences with Intel Software continues to shape the way people think about computing – across CPU, GPU, and FPGA architectures.

Job Description:

• Daily operational support for the team, including revenue, cost, spending tracking and analyzing, operational indicator tracking and reporting, etc.
• Team communication and promotion, including the draft of the newsletter, project summary/highlights, etc.
• Daily admin support for department managers, including meeting room booking, device purchasing, etc.
• Department event organization and coordination: business meetings, team building events, celebration parties, etc
• Facilitate the hiring and training of the department

About you

Minimum Qualifications:

• Be open and creative with a good teamwork spirit
• Good at both spoken and written English
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, esp. Outlook, Excel, PPT, PowerBI
• Able to work at least 4 days per week, for at least 6 months, can start working ASAP
• Can work independently with strong interpersonal and analytical skills
• Basic accounting/finance knowledge is a plus
• Former experience in a multinational company or organization, management experience is a plus
