HR Operation Intern (Start ASAP)

Your Role

Key responsibilities are as follows:

• Support future HR processes and policy preparation activities.
• Participate in HR ERP system testing to validate functionality and develop detailed processes with HR experts.
• Assist in setting up a new HR Helpdesk team focused on addressing employee inquiries about DMTM HR policies and processes.
• Support HR ad-hoc projects and campaigns, such as the TG intern hiring program.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Preferably a Master's graduate.
• Available a minimum of 3 days a week for 6 months.
• Quick learner and team player.
• Proficient in English with good communication skills.
• High sense of responsibility and a strong can-do attitude.
• Enjoys hands-on work.
