Your Role

Key responsibilities are as follows:

  • Collaborate with Intel's in-house attorneys, business groups, and engineers.
  • Work with business teams to address legal and business needs.
  • Review marketing assets, including decks, video clips, and performance claims.
  • Research legal issues and regulatory developments, preparing summaries.
  • Prepare legal memoranda and presentations on legal topics.
  • Assist with departmental meetings and administrative tasks.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Enrollment in a Law degree program in the PRC.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience in conducting legal research.
  • Availability for a minimum of 3 days a week for 6 months; a 1-year internship is preferred.
  • Previous experience in drafting legal documents is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in a legal setting is beneficial.
  • Basic knowledge of intellectual property, consumer protection, and advertising laws.
  • An interest in the semiconductor industry.
