Your Role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Collaborate with Intel's in-house attorneys, business groups, and engineers.
- Work with business teams to address legal and business needs.
- Review marketing assets, including decks, video clips, and performance claims.
- Research legal issues and regulatory developments, preparing summaries.
- Prepare legal memoranda and presentations on legal topics.
- Assist with departmental meetings and administrative tasks.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Enrollment in a Law degree program in the PRC.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience in conducting legal research.
- Availability for a minimum of 3 days a week for 6 months; a 1-year internship is preferred.
- Previous experience in drafting legal documents is advantageous.
- Prior experience in a legal setting is beneficial.
- Basic knowledge of intellectual property, consumer protection, and advertising laws.
- An interest in the semiconductor industry.
