Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Involve in daily logistics operations, including import/export, storage, reporting analysis, and KPI monitoring.
- Support logistics systems and tools, manage administrative tasks, and track orders for timely deliveries.
- Collaborate with experienced team members to identify business opportunities and implement improvement projects.
- Gain valuable work experience and troubleshooting skills from seasoned mentors.
- Develop a deep understanding of logistics and supply chain processes, with practical experience in export and import trade.
- Attend internal training seminars and team meetings as required.
About You
Ideal qualifications include:
- Graduate student majoring in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Management, or related fields.
- Good knowledge of Supply Chain Logistics and Data Analysis; experience in data visualization, statistics, or programming is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Available at least 4 days a week for 6+ months; a 1-year internship is preferred.
