Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Manages high-volume manufacturing equipment and processes for integrated circuits.
- Conducts tests to ensure control over critical dimensions and defectivity.
- Recommends and implements equipment modifications to improve efficiency and output.
- Expands manufacturing capacity and transfers technology globally.
- Executes maintenance and repair activities for equipment.
- Initiates continuous improvement for key performance indicators.
- Develops and optimizes excursion prevention systems.
- Detects discrepancies in equipment and processes.
- Manages equipment installation and qualification during factory ramps.
About You
Ideal candidates will have:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in science or engineering.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with test equipment like Accretech, Nextest, and Keysight.
- Advanced project and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize complex projects.
- Capability to interface with team members at all levels.
