Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Develop the testability and manufacturability of integrated circuits from feasibility through production ramp.
- Contribute to the design, development, and validation of testability circuits and methodologies.
- Interface with process development, fab, factory, assembly, quality, and manufacturing groups.
- Evaluate new designs on automatic test equipment (ATE) and debug functionality and performance issues.
- Perform ATE device characterization and yield analysis.
- Collaborate with designers to enhance design for test, debug, and manufacturing features.
- Develop and debug complex software programs for test equipment.
- Create and test validation and production test hardware solutions.
- Analyze component specifications versus performance for optimal production.
- Drive test time reduction and optimize product supply through data analysis.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Microelectronics, or Computer Engineering.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with digital and analog electronic circuits.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as C, C#, Python, or PERL.
