Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Develop the testability and manufacturability of integrated circuits from feasibility through production ramp.
• Contribute to the design, development, and validation of testability circuits and methodologies.
• Interface with process development, fab, factory, assembly, quality, and manufacturing groups.
• Evaluate new designs on automatic test equipment (ATE) and debug functionality and performance issues.
• Perform ATE device characterization and yield analysis.
• Collaborate with designers to enhance design for test, debug, and manufacturing features.
• Develop and debug complex software programs for test equipment.
• Create and test validation and production test hardware solutions.
• Analyze component specifications versus performance for optimal production.
• Drive test time reduction and optimize product supply through data analysis.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Microelectronics, or Computer Engineering.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with digital and analog electronic circuits.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as C, C#, Python, or PERL.
