Job Description:

• Intel Labs China is looking for a passionate, self-motivated, and talented Research Intern who has demonstrated an outstanding research background and experiences in computer architecture and large-scale SoC/Interconnect areas.
• The candidate should have a strong passion for researching advanced MCP and Chiplet techniques and building an industry-standard SOP of chip product life cycle and SoC materials like MRD/PRD/HAS.
• Besides technical expertise, the candidate must exhibit the ability to work in a collaborative corporate environment.
• The person must demonstrate a commitment to semiconductor technology in China and help Intel's leadership on SoC hardware design and modeling.
• Given the rapid development of microelectronics technology, the candidate should also be able to ramp up quickly on cutting-edge SoC design methodology.

About you

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master or PhD Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Well-knowledge and experience in RTL hardware design or modeling analysis.
• Experience in Linux environment Strong Skill in scripting (e.g. Python or Perl)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experiences in SoC architecture or Core Micro-Architecture are a plus.
• Experience in Interconnect and Chiplet methodology is a plus.
• Experience in RISC-V or Arm architecture is a plus.
