Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Owns critical high-volume manufacturing equipment and processes for device miniaturization and integrated circuit production.
- Conducts tests and measurements to ensure control over critical dimensions and defectivity.
- Recommends and implements modifications to improve production efficiencies and optimize output.
- Expands in-situ manufacturing capacity and transfers technology globally.
- Manages maintenance and repair activities for equipment and components.
- Initiates continuous improvement for key performance indicators like safety, quality, and cost.
- Develops and optimizes excursion prevention systems.
- Detects discrepant material or activities in equipment and processes.
- Oversees equipment installation and qualification during factory ramps.
About You
Ideal candidate profile:
- Holds a minimum of a BS degree in engineering, material science, physics, or chemistry.
- Mastery of thin film CVD deposition processes and equipment, including LAM and AMAT tools.
- In-depth understanding of CVD thin film material properties and characterization techniques.
- Proficient in Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Design of Experiments (DOE), using software like JMP and Excel.
- Capable of designing, executing, and analyzing experiments for process optimization.
- Willing to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Motivated self-starter with strong independent and team-working skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and act with urgency.
