Lead high-volume manufacturing equipment and processes for integrated circuits at Intel, driving innovation and efficiency.

Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

  • Owns critical high-volume manufacturing equipment and processes for device miniaturization and integrated circuit production.
  • Conducts tests and measurements to ensure control over critical dimensions and defectivity.
  • Recommends and implements modifications to improve production efficiencies and optimize output.
  • Expands in-situ manufacturing capacity and transfers technology globally.
  • Manages maintenance and repair activities for equipment and components.
  • Initiates continuous improvement for key performance indicators like safety, quality, and cost.
  • Develops and optimizes excursion prevention systems.
  • Detects discrepant material or activities in equipment and processes.
  • Oversees equipment installation and qualification during factory ramps.

About You

Ideal candidate profile:

  • Holds a minimum of a BS degree in engineering, material science, physics, or chemistry.
  • Mastery of thin film CVD deposition processes and equipment, including LAM and AMAT tools.
  • In-depth understanding of CVD thin film material properties and characterization techniques.
  • Proficient in Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Design of Experiments (DOE), using software like JMP and Excel.
  • Capable of designing, executing, and analyzing experiments for process optimization.
  • Willing to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Motivated self-starter with strong independent and team-working skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and act with urgency.
