Your Role
Your responsibilities include the following:
Understand the needs and goals of merchants for advertising, design paths to achieve them, and provide targeted solutions for merchants
Understand the processes and functions of the core areas of advertising operations (advertising product placement, material optimization, and conversion optimization)
Be responsible for the full-chain follow-up and implementation of pre-sales, sales, and after-sales, and coordinate multiple resources internally to achieve operational goals
Establish an operational methodology from defining problems, and analyzing problems, to solving problems, and continuously improving operational capabilities and efficiency
About You
To apply for this role, you must have the following eligibilities:
Undergraduate students or above, with priority given to the 25th batch
Priority is given to students with related majors in marketing, economics, mathematics, statistics, science and engineering, management, international trade, etc.
Have good data analysis, communication, and expression skills, and be able to quickly understand and clearly express complex projects
Have excellent learning and cognitive abilities, be able to grow rapidly, and effectively support business development
Candidates with internship experience in well-known e-commerce, media platforms, and advertising companies are preferred
