Algorithm Engineer / Computer Vision - Internship Program (Start ASAP)

Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:  

• Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to advance computer vision research and development in JD's extensive data and application scenarios, including image/video analysis, diagnosis, synthesis, and search.  
• Engage in technical applications such as image detection, classification, segmentation, video semantic analysis, face recognition, object detection, industrial and medical diagnosis, vehicle and personnel detection, recognition and tracking, and OCR.  
• Contribute to cutting-edge research in deep learning and machine learning, developing algorithms and models to solve real-world computer vision challenges, enhancing business efficiency, and supporting JD's technology vision and strategy.

About You  

Ideal candidates will have:  

• Undergraduate or higher education, with preference for the 25th batch.  
• A background in computer science, information engineering, pattern recognition, artificial intelligence, automation, software engineering, mathematics, or related fields, with familiarity in computer vision, machine learning, and image/video analysis. Practical experience is a plus.  
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, C/C++, or Python, with strong programming skills and knowledge of machine learning/deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, Pytorch, or Caffe.  
• Strong logical thinking, communication skills, teamwork spirit, learning ability, and a passion for technology.
