Responsible for the model construction of financial products of credit business and the establishment of credit scoring system; establish the basic framework of a credit decision-making model, and under the basic framework, be responsible for the design, development, verification, testing, and implementation of various credit models, including but not limited to anti-fraud model, Jinbaitiao model, small and micro model, application scoring, behavior scoring, collection scoring, etc.
Responsible for the evaluation and modeling of third-party data
Responsible for the sorting and management of user basic data, and the establishment of a business-level data analysis platform
Responsible for communication with cross-functional teams such as strategy, product, and development to ensure the reasonable implementation of model quantitative strategy, accurate launch, and post-launch monitoring and optimization
About you
To apply for this role, you must have the following qualifications:
Graduated between October 1, 2024, and September 30, 2025, with a bachelor's degree or above
Computer/mathematics/statistics/finance majors are preferred
Familiar with using one of the programming tools such as Python/R, and understand mainstream big data frameworks such as Hadoop/Spark/Flink
Familiar with common data mining and machine learning algorithms, such as decision trees, clustering, logistic regression, association analysis, SVM, neural networks, boosting, etc., and those with experience in massive data mining projects are preferred
Have a basic understanding of the financial ecosystem, have an Internet mindset, be proactive in work, and have a strong sense of responsibility and ability to withstand pressure
