Algorithm Engineer / Natural Language Processing - Internship Program (Start ASAP)

Your role

Job description

• Cooperate with various business, product, and engineering teams to continuously conduct in-depth research and development of natural language processing algorithms in JD's billions of data and rich business application scenarios, including but not limited to semantic analysis, intent recognition, intelligent dialogue, semantic mining, machine translation, knowledge graph, language model, language generation, etc.
• Participate in relevant business scenarios of JD's natural language processing, including but not limited to text content understanding, semantic parsing and intent understanding of intelligent dialogue, semantic understanding of product evaluation, structured analysis of content search and recommendation, label system for product search and recommendation, text analysis of social Q&A and sentiment analysis of social media data, intelligent customer service, product marketing copy generation, etc.
•  Participate in cutting-edge research on artificial intelligence, natural language processing and applications with JD's technical team and scientists to help businesses improve efficiency and realize JD's technology vision and strategy.

About You

To apply for this role, you must have the following eligibilities:

• Undergraduate students or above, with priority given to the 25th batch
• Possess a background in related majors such as but not limited to computer science, information engineering, pattern recognition, artificial intelligence, automation, software engineering, mathematics, etc., be proficient in the basic theories and algorithms of NLP, and have certain practical or R&D experience in one or more application fields (such as dialogue systems, text classification, sentiment analysis, natural language generation, etc.);
• Be familiar with at least one language among Java, C/C++, and Python, have strong programming skills, and understand common machine learning/deep learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Caffe, etc.;
• Have good logical thinking ability, good communication skills, teamwork spirit and learning ability, and be full of technical enthusiasm and ideals.
