Your role

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in the research and exploration of operational optimization problems in JD's various business and ecological fields, such as using modeling tools to design, develop, and deliver models for operational problems. Apply mathematical programming knowledge to design and develop decision-support tools and software
• Explore and innovate the research and development of algorithms in the direction of operational optimization/mechanism design with JD's technical team and scientists, and apply them to JD's e-commerce, finance, logistics, and other business problems scenarios, such as pricing, inventory, logistics, supply chain management, scheduling, and other aspects

About you

To apply for this role, you must have the following qualifications:

• Graduated between October 1, 2024, and September 30, 2025, with a bachelor's degree or above
• Possess a background in but not limited to operations research, industrial engineering, computer science, applied mathematics, statistics, or other related majors, familiar with machine learning and operations research algorithms, and have practical experience is preferred
• Familiar with at least one of the following languages: Java, C/C++, python, R, with strong programming skills, and familiarity with scripting languages, relational databases, and Linux is a plus
• Possess good logical thinking ability, good communication skills, teamwork spirit, and learning ability, and be full of technical enthusiasm and ideals
