Explore and innovate the research and development of algorithms in the direction of operational optimization/mechanism design with JD's technical team and scientists, and apply them to JD's e-commerce, finance, logistics, and other business problems scenarios, such as pricing, inventory, logistics, supply chain management, scheduling, and other aspects
About you
To apply for this role, you must have the following qualifications:
Graduated between October 1, 2024, and September 30, 2025, with a bachelor's degree or above
Possess a background in but not limited to operations research, industrial engineering, computer science, applied mathematics, statistics, or other related majors, familiar with machine learning and operations research algorithms, and have practical experience is preferred
Familiar with at least one of the following languages: Java, C/C++, python, R, with strong programming skills, and familiarity with scripting languages, relational databases, and Linux is a plus
Possess good logical thinking ability, good communication skills, teamwork spirit, and learning ability, and be full of technical enthusiasm and ideals
