Your role

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the research and development of JD.com's speech recognition/synthesis algorithms
• Responsible for implementing cutting-edge speech algorithms in JD.com's business scenarios and achieving application results

About you

To apply for this role, you must have the following qualifications:

• Graduated between October 1, 2024, and September 30, 2025, with a bachelor's degree or above
• Priority will be given to those with related majors such as mathematics and computer science
• Solid engineering basic skills, proficient in Python and C++
• Solid knowledge base in machine learning and deep learning algorithms, with project practice attempts, and proficient in algorithm flow and data processing methods
• Priority will be given to those with majors in speech recognition and speech synthesis, those with relevant project experience, or those who are interested in technical work in this field and have excellent learning ability
• Priority will be given to those who have published papers in speech conferences or journals such as InterSpeech and ICASSP
