Bidding - Internship Program (Start ASAP)

Your role

Job Responsibilities:

• Full process management of the group's indirect procurement: including formulating procurement plans according to business needs, following up on the procurement process, outputting procurement results, etc., to ensure logistics supply, inventory level control, and cost control, and meet the company's procurement requirements
• Supplier management: collecting, sorting, and reviewing the information of bidding units during the procurement execution process, organizing relevant inspections, and regularly organizing evaluations of suppliers' execution
• Business support: following up on procurement performance, business settlement, data analysis, and other procurement operation support work

About you

To apply for this role, you must have the following qualifications:

• Undergraduate students or above, with priority given to the class of 25
• Strong execution, good understanding, language expression, communication, and coordination skills
• Strong learning ability, sense of responsibility, principle, and team spirit
• Proficient in using office tools such as Excel, with good information collection and analysis capabilities
