About you

Training, development  & rotations

The work location during the rotation period will mainly be in Beijing, and you will rotate and learn in various businesses within the group; after six months of training and rotation, you will be assigned to a front-line business position in each BGBU. At that time, the specific department position and work location will be confirmed based on the company's needs and personal wishes.

In addition to that, JD.com divides the training of management trainees into three stages: "Eaglet, Spread Wings, Soaring", and clearly define the goals, training methods, and content of each training stage. This will help you to have a clearer understanding of your growth path and the ability requirements of each training stage, and motivate you to constantly challenge and breakthrough yourself.
