Your role

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for user content operations, including but not limited to PGC, UGC, MCN cooperative content, and content produced by big names
• Plan and output systematic high-quality original content that matches the product and service positioning, improve user stickiness and activity through content operations in various dimensions and effectively support the improvement of indicators in user operation-related business links
• Select, package, produce, and recommend high-quality content (not limited to topics, activities, knowledge, courses, etc.) to guide users to continue to pay attention and browse
• Understand real-time hot spots, and industry trends, familiarize yourself with changes in user behavior, and continuously optimize content operation strategies
• Discover and maintain high-quality content authors on the platform, follow up, and generate content cooperation

About you

To apply for this role, you must have the following qualifications:

• Students with a bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to the class of 25
• Familiar with content media and channels, passionate about the Internet-new media industry, and have a certain understanding of CPS
• Strong industry market analysis-marketing-planning-promotion capabilities
• Proactive and responsible, with active thinking and learning abilities, and priority given to those with excellent PPT writing abilities
• Possess good communication skills and organizational coordination abilities, meticulous and patient work attitude, able to coordinate resources from all parties to achieve goals, and passionate and creative
