Job Description
Systematically participate in the business processes of one or several areas of the company's human resources, including but not limited to recruitment, training, organizational development, performance, employee relations, compensation, corporate culture, etc.
In-depth participation in or responsibility for projects related to human resources modules, and exercise and enhance professional capabilities and personal experience through actual project management and promotion
Maintain effective communication with collaborative departments, promote the implementation of the latest talent strategies, and provide support for organizational development.
Qualifications
Undergraduate students or above, 25th batch preferred
Understand the basic work of each module of human resources, be familiar with the professional knowledge of TA, ER, C&B, OC&OD, and other related modules, and have relevant internship experience preferred
Strong learning ability, good logical thinking, and thinking ability
Proficient in using office tools such as EXCEL, and good information collection and analysis capabilities
