Project Management - Internship Program (Start ASAP)

Your role

Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out full life cycle project management according to the company's project management process, including project set management in the business line
• Carry out project process management such as project establishment, scheduling, progress tracking, quality control, risk warning assessment, project completion, and use of corresponding project management systems
• Provide strong support for the implementation of company projects, ensure that decisions are quickly transmitted and effectively implemented in various departments and teams
• Deeply understand the business, identify problems in areas such as organizational efficiency/project delivery process/R&D management, provide analytical suggestions to support decision-making, and promote solution implementation
• Participate in project demand priority analysis, ROI indicator demonstration project establishment review, etc., which requires the formulation of a reasonable overall project plan, control of the overall project cost, and tracking and evaluation of the results after the project is completed.

About you

To apply for this role, you must have the following qualifications:

• Students with a bachelor's degree or above are currently enrolled, with priority given to the class of 25
• Students are extremely passionate about the Internet, have quick insight and thinking skills, and have the courage and ability to turn thinking into reality to meet project needs
• Students have excellent creativity, imagination, logical thinking and system analysis skills, outstanding writing organization and communication skills
• Students have strong cross-departmental communication, organization, coordination, and problem-solving skills, outstanding stress resistance, and learning adaptability
