Service Operation - Internship Program (Start ASAP)

Your Role

Your responsibilities include the following:

• Monitor the quality of operational operations, improve processes through data analysis, and establish operational improvement rules and standards; create an abnormal process data monitoring system, formulate corresponding indicators based on operational anomalies, and track and improve them
• Responsible for the sorting out of abnormal management business (quality control, accountability, closed-loop) processes, improving existing processes, and optimizing; need to master the operating procedures of each link in logistics, be good at planning and sorting out processes, and design overall process deployment
• Examine business needs from a system perspective and write demand documents; be responsible for project key node management and risk management; ensure that the system project progress is effectively controllable, and effectively split the progress according to the overall plan, steadily promote the system launch, and ensure the implementation of the project
• Can propose constructive system optimization plans based on on-site operations, and can design and optimize system functions according to actual needs
• Coordinate and solve product problems according to product development progress, and conduct business acceptance of R&D products

About You

• Undergraduate students or above, 25th batch preferred
• Proficient in using Excel, PPT, and other office software, with certain data analysis and project report writing skills
