User Research - Graduate (Start ASAP)

Your Role

Your responsibilities include the following:

• Independently follow up one or more business lines and provide user research support for the entire life cycle of the product; based on business demands, understand, disassemble, and refine the current pain points and problems of the business, and design user research plans
• Independently complete the full process of the user research project, including demand communication and analysis, research plan design, research project management, and implementation, data analysis, report writing, output, reporting, promotion and implementation of research results, etc.
• Pay attention to industry trends, regularly produce valuable intelligence information, and regularly produce and refine possible solutions
• Actively build a communication bridge between business and users

About You

To apply for this role, you must have the following eligibilities:

• Graduated between October 1, 2024, and September 30, 2025, with a bachelor's degree or above
• A bachelor's degree or above in human-computer interaction, psychology, sociology, statistics, marketing, or computer-related majors is preferred
• Familiar with qualitative and quantitative user research methods, such as questionnaire survey interviews test-heuristic evaluation-eye movement tests, etc.
• Have a big picture, strong logical thinking ability, high initiative, efficient execution, excellent understanding, communication and coordination skills, and certain written expression skills
• Love user research work, have keen insight and analytical ability, strong learning ability, curiosity, and excellent communication and expression skills
