Your Role

Key responsibilities are as follows:  

• Lead significant business projects with real-life implications.  
• Present analysis and results to senior leaders.  
• Collaborate as an integral member of a cross-functional team.  
• Engage in activities fostering community among interns.  
• Opportunities are available in business development, finance, health economics, IT, marketing, market access, operations, product management, project management, sales, and supply chain.

About You 

Ideal candidates have a passion for healthcare.  

• First-year MBA or master’s student graduating after September 2025.  
• Available full-time for 10-12 weeks between June and September 2025.  
• Fluent in English and the local language of the internship location.  
• Legally authorized to work permanently in China.  
• Three years or more of relevant professional experience.  
• Commercial and people leadership experience is required.  
• Proven leadership capabilities and strategic mindset.  
• Ability to develop solutions using data-driven insights.
