Your role

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze market data, build detailed financial models, and prepare client presentations for mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and capital markets advisory
• Manage client transactions from pitch to close under the guidance of senior leaders
• Develop innovative and creative ways to solve complex, real-world business challenges
• Learn how J.P. Morgan helps clients and communities grow, no matter their needs
• Build your professional network with mentors, senior executives, and others

About you

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and interpretative skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative work environment
• Being adaptable, flexible, and resilient
• Knowing your way around Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Fluent in English
• Expected graduation date of September 2025 – July 2026 from Bachelor’s or Master’s program (If you have received a Master’s, it must be within 2 years of your receipt of a bachelor’s degree)

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Coursework in finance or economics a plus

It is done by providing sound advice, helping them access funds, and making connections, all while helping clients manage the many risks in today’s complex environment. The nine-week program kicks off with five days of orientation and training, giving you technical and practical skills.
