Your Role

Job Description:

The company's global Markets teams are active in all major financial markets and develop sophisticated financial solutions to help clients manage risk, increase returns, and solve complex financial problems. Globally, it holds leadership positions across all major financial markets. 

Your job responsibilities for this role include the following:

  • Gain a unique insight into Global Markets
  • Support your team with important research, analysis, and preparatory work.
  • Conduct research, portfolio reviews, and develop trade ideas
  • Learn about the solutions and products they offer to clients

About You

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Expected graduation date of September 2025 – July 2026 from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program
  • If you are pursuing a Master’s Degree, it must be completed within 2 years of your Bachelor’s Degree
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is required as you will focus on client engagement and business development for the desks covering the Chinese market.
  • To be eligible for this program, you must be authorized to work in China. The company does not offer any type of employment-based immigration sponsorship for this program.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative work environment
  • Being adaptable, flexible, and resilient
  • Knowing your way around Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, and interpretative skills
  • Coursework in finance or economics is a plus but not a requirement
  • Confidence and initiative to take on responsibility and manage your own projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
