Job Description:

The Payments internship program offers you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the exciting, innovative landscape to learn what it takes to “make money move”.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Learn how the company works with 100,000+ clients in 150+ countries to support cash management needs and technology-based payment solutions
  • Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies to meet client needs
  • Learn from product, strategy, or client coverage-based teams 
  • Be part of creating innovative ideas to transform the payment landscape 
  • Work under the guidance of mentors and a supportive team 
  • Network with industry leaders, access best-in-class training, and learn how all its businesses work together to provide excellent customer service

About You

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Exceptional analytical, research, and project management skills
  • Familiarity with business fundamentals 
  • Ability to quickly solve problems on your own and with a team
  • Enthusiasm, energy, and a drive to succeed
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to partner and work on a team
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • All majors are eligible to apply
  • Expected graduation date of December 2025 through July 2026
  • Be able to work for at least 3 working days per week and last for 6 months 
  • Holding the permanent right to work in Mainland China is required
  • Relocation assistance for flight and accommodation will not be provided

Training & Development

As a Payments Intern in the 2025 China Seasonal Internship Program, you will begin a 6-month program from July to December designed to provide a realistic career experience with the firm and exposure to top professionals across functions. Over the course of the program, you will be provided the necessary training and also learn a great deal from your colleagues and teammates. You will also get opportunities to meet senior colleagues and continue building your own professional network. 

Career Progression

The program is an opportunity to take your career to the next level through hands-on experience, relevant skills training, and valuable professional networking. Based on your individual performance and achievements, you may receive an offer of full-time employment upon completion of the internship program.  The full-time offer is to join the two-year Payments rotational analyst program. This opportunity will allow you to develop essential knowledge and skills, and it is an outstanding first step towards building a dynamic, long-term career with the company.
