ADV / Trusted / Financial Risk Management - Off Cycle Intern (Start ASAP)

Join KPMG Consulting to assist financial institutions in managing financial risks, enhancing decision-making, and maintaining corporate reputation.

Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Provide consulting services in financial risk management, focusing on asset-liability and market risk management for banks and financial institutions.
• Assist project managers with on-site client work, coordinate and communicate with clients, and collaborate with team members.
• Collect and organize financial market business data.
• Support the project team in market risk model verification and system testing.

About You

Ideal candidates will have:

• Understanding of basic bank products and valuation models like discounted cash flow and Black-Scholes.
• Knowledge of risks faced by banks, including market, liquidity, and interest rate risks.
• Proficiency in Excel and Matlab.
• Background in finance, financial engineering, mathematics, computer science, or related fields.
• Strong English reading, communication, and writing skills.
• Availability to start immediately, with a minimum 3-month internship, attending at least 4 days a week.
