Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Provide financial risk management consulting to banks and financial institutions.
- Assist project managers with on-site work and coordinate with clients and team members.
- Offer internal control and risk management system construction and evaluation.
- Conduct client interviews to identify management gaps and suggest improvements.
- Prepare working papers and assist in project report preparation.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure high-quality delivery.
About You
Ideal candidates will have:
- Enrollment as a full-time university student graduating in 2025 or later, with a preference for finance, accounting, auditing, or related majors.
- Strong data analysis and business process analysis skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of programming languages like Python, VBA, SAS, or R is preferred.
- A passed FRM/CFA Level 1 exam is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English.
- Ability to handle high-intensity work independently and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Prior experience in consulting, auditing, or internal control is preferred.
- Availability for at least a 3-month internship, with attendance of 4 days or more per week.
