Job Responsibilities:

Strategy and Operations

• Assist enterprises in building vision, formulating innovative strategies, improving flexibility, and creating efficient customer-centric operational structures.

Investment Advisory Services

• Help clients understand and assess the potential value and risks at every stage of financial transactions.

Restructuring and reorganization services

• Supporting clients to drive value through business transformation strategies.

Valuation and Modeling Services

• Providing valuation services and advice in investment and transaction advisory, private equity support, statutory valuations, etc.

Transaction strategy and M&A advisory services

• Acting as financial transaction advisor for acquisitions and disposals.
