Your role

Job responsibilities:

  • Draft training notification emails and contact instructors
  • Conduct in-class tracking and post-class feedback for students, and archive training records
  • Responsible for site layout, equipment debugging, and material management before training
  • Video recording and editing, etc.

About you

Job requirements:

  • Interested in corporate training and intend to engage in training after graduation
  • Practical, conscientious, careful, responsible, and have good working ability
  • Familiar with office software such as Excel, Word, Outlook, etc., and have English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills
  • The ability to use Power BI for data analysis is preferred
  • Priority will be given to offline internships for 4 days or more per week from October to December
